The inaugural London Vitality Index evaluates the features of each of the capital's 32 boroughs and the City of London in order to determine which are the finest areas to work and live, with the most promising growth prospects

Even Kingston's weakest pillar, economy & business, sees it score far higher than the London average, with one of the highest GVA growth estimates.

The rating is divided into three main pillars: economy & business, living, and health & environment, with a total of 18 datasets included. The index offers a holistic approach to assessing the vitality of the boroughs by considering a diverse set of factors.

The findings reflect both the existing strengths of different boroughs and the impact that recent events such as the epidemic have had on the capital's demographics and economics.
