New High-Rise building in the works by a Cardiff-based architects’ practice

London: The city of London is to receive yet another high-rise building according to the plans submitted by a Cardiff-based architects’ practice, reported a news source.

The plans were presented by Rio Architects, which aims to develop 795 co-living studious and private amenity spaces, consisting of associated support facilities. This building will stand tall alongside a cluster of high-rise buildings located near the marsh wall.

The design for the building has been carefully chosen to promote a sense of community within the large-scale building. It will create vertical urban villages, consisting of communal areas for the sub-communities residing within the 3-storey building.

The developer of this project is confirmed to be Olympian Homes, while the operator will be Node Property Management UK.
