ListingKit – a real estate project and transaction management tool – launched by Harmony Venture Labs

Birmingham: Harmony Venture Labs, the venture studio known for its high-growth startups, has announced the launch of a transaction management tool, ListedKit, reported a news source.

ListedKit is a real estate project -created with the collaboration of agents- that equips professionals to manage the client experience from contract to closing. It will help clear the haze surrounding real estate transactions while also removing the complexity of closing.

The approach of complete transparency has been picked up which will help increase the trust between both the parties and help make secure payments. All this has been made possible through features such as the task list and progress tracking feature, document storage, and custom workflows.

HVL’s goal with this project, similar to their many others, is to foster an ecosystem of empowerment and economic opportunity within the community.
