Millfield Estates made their first property purchase north of the border with a seven-figure investment in the top three floors of this magnificent building on Calton Road, which offers breathtaking views of the city.

The fourth floor of the high-quality multi-let office building Venue Studios, which is located directly across from Edinburgh Waverley Station and features a spacious roof terrace ideal for entertainment and events, is accessible.
