Can I get a custom package?
Currently, Propway is offering three packages; Basic (Property Valuation Leads), Standard (Sale/Rent Enquiries & Display of Ads) and Platinum (Production + Enquiries). Each package has its own features and nature, designed according to the needs of most estate agents. Unfortunately, we are not offering any custom package. However, stay tuned or contact us to discuss your concern with us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
What happens after I purchase a package?
Once you have purchased the package and made the payment, you will receive an email from us. Usually, it takes around 24-48 hours to process and verify the payment. Soon after, we will set you up on our portal and you will be able to use our services.
What are the modes of payment offered at Propway?
We accept Mastercard/VISA debit and credit cards. Our team is constantly working to add new payment methods to facilitate our clients.
Does Propway store my data?
Your data like contact information only is stored on our servers under tight security guidelines and parameters. We do not share or sell the data to any third-party under any conditions.
How do I receive the updates for my leads?
If you have opted for the leads package, we will start the campaigns from our end to provide you qualified leads. It will take some time to ensure the quality of leads because for us, quality is more important than quantity. The leads will be shared with you periodically in a worksheet.
